As America is becoming Hi tech Nazi Germany with TSA viper teams hitting sports events, highways and malls. The dummed down floride sucking population demands Communism and the end of Capitalism. Whats wrong with this picture? As the glohalists infiltrait our government and manipulate our military against us. The only answer is another revolution! We are the resistance and I will call out the traitors... Rockefeller, Kisinger, Rothchilds, Goldman Sax, Wells Fargo, Watchovia, JPMorgan, Chase, Citi Bank, Bank of America... All you other inbred phedophilic. paracitical maggots, I pray for you to be exposed and to destroy your plans for my country in the name of Jesus the Christ
Courtrooms accross the country are being infiltraited by the globalist! They are trying to make laws against making home maid jellys, jams, apple pies and the insanity goes on unnoticed by the lamestream media! Patrica and Robert Gentala tried to gain permission to use free city services for a public event in celebration of National Day of Prayer, just as similar community organizations were allowed to do. But the city turned down their request, citing "seperation of church and state" and noting that the fee-waiver program for civic events specifically excludes "events held in direct support of religious organizations." A federal district court rejected the Gentalas claims, but a three-judge panel of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit reversed that ruling by a 2-1 vote. The city asked for a rehearing, which was granted, and an 11-judge panel ruled against the Gentalas. A petion was filed and asked the Supreme court to review the case and justices responded by vacating the Ninth Circuit ruling. Pray for our country!
Many Christians have their constitutional rights violated daily from the school system to the work place. 5 or so years ago I worked at a factory who told me I could no longer pass out tracts. For a long time I listened to this new rule for the most part, I was listening to a Christian radio station and the had the American Center of Law and Justice on the air, they were going over the same type of case. I learned it was a violation to my constitutional rights. I wrote a letter to my boss explaining that this was against the law for them to do, and if I had to I would discuss this with the human resource person. I was allowed to keep passing out tracts! Praise God

Board of Ed. of Westside Comm. schools -v- Mergans. The Supreme Court upheld the Constitutionality of the Equal Acess Act, which requires public secoundary schools receiving federal funds to allow student religious groups to hold meetings before and after scholl, in the same matter as other non-curricular groups.
United States v Kokinda The opinion laid the ground work for future free speech victories by recognizing that litature distribution received constitutional protection.
Where do you stand with the law when you take the gospel to the streets?

According to our Constitution, as understood correctly, when you give away gospel tracts in public places... streets, sidewalks, and parks_ you are engaged in a form of speech and publication protected by the United States Constitution and civil rights laws.

When you speak with someone about the gospel while in a public place, you enjoy constitutional protection.

What about those No Soliciting decals?

Soliciting involves a request for money or assistance of some kind.
Passing out gospel tracts, on the other hand, is giving out information.

The Supreme court has drawn a clear line between the two.

In the Korkinda case, it stated: "One need not ponder the contents of a leaflet or pamphlet in order mechanically to take it out of someone's hand, but must listen, comprehend, decide and act in order to respond to a solicitation."

As long as your not requesting donations, but simply offering information, you are engaged in the most protected form of speech.

I have personaly seen this law violated in my life, and God humbled me before the wolves and the police.
If I would of pressed, I could of held to my rights, Apostle Paul appeald to Cesar for a fair trial and others just shook the dust off but God told me, to humble myself, and I did so.

On the other I have personaly been told by one employer I was not allowed to distribute tracts in the lunchroom, or anywhere on the property.

I challenged my boss to a meeting with the human resource director, I explained, my constitutional rights do not cease when I punch in.
By telling me I can't place them in the lunchroom, was censorship, because they allowd other material in the building such as newspapers, Star.....

As long as you are on your break or at lunch, you can talk to other people about the Lord.

My boss apoligized, and I still pass out tracts there when I visit them.

Bray v Alexandria Women's Health Clinic The Court ruled that the Ku Klux Klan Act cannot be used against the Pro-Life sit-ins of Operation Rescue.
Lamb's Chapel v Center Moriches School Dist. The high court ruled that a school district violated the First Amendment by refusing access to school premises to a church seeking to show a film which adressed a topic from a religious view-point.
Hill v Colorado The Supreme Court considered a Colorado law making it a crime to approach people near medical facilities for the purpose of communicating with them.
Santa Fe independant school dist. v Doe In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court struck down a policy which allowed for student messages, including invocations, before football games.
God says. "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;"
